Bumbi Affiliate Agreement
Version v2-2026-09. This is the agreement you accept when you apply. The programme is currently open to applicants in Nigeria. Location is checked from your network when you apply, which is not a check of nationality or residency.
1. The program
You refer new customers to Bumbi using your affiliate link or code. When someone you refer becomes a paying subscriber, you earn commission under these terms.
2. Commission
You earn 30% of the amount Bumbi collects, after any discount and before processing fees, on a referred customer's first three paid months on an eligible Starter, Growth or Elite plan. Late renewals still count, a month without a payment does not use one of the three, and nothing is earned after the third paid month. Only successful Paystack payments made in naira qualify. Explorer and failed payments earn nothing. Commission is rounded down to the whole naira.
3. Attribution
Attribution is first-touch and locks when the referred person creates their account. It applies to new customers only. A plan upgrade does not restart the three paid months.
4. Refunds
If a referred payment is refunded, the matching commission is reversed and that month no longer counts as a paid month. If the commission was already paid, the amount is recovered from later earnings.
5. Payouts
Earnings are shown in US dollars at ₦1,000 = $1 and paid in naira to your Nigerian bank account once a month, when your available earnings reach $10 (₦10,000). Smaller amounts carry forward. Nothing is lost.
6. Conduct
No spam, no impersonation of Bumbi, no misleading claims, no bidding on Bumbi brand terms. Self-referral is not allowed.
7. Changes and termination
Terms may change with notice and may require re-acceptance. Bumbi may suspend or end participation for abuse or fraud.
8. Tax
You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
How payouts work
An explanation of how the payout clause above is carried out. It is not part of the agreement text or its version.
You earn 30% of each of your referral's first three paid months on Starter, Growth or Elite, even if a renewal is paid late. An unpaid month earns nothing and doesn't use up a month, and a quarterly payment covering the first three months earns upfront. Commission is worked out on the plan amount before processing fees and rounded down to the whole naira. Only Paystack payments in naira qualify, and Explorer never earns.
A commission is available as soon as the payment succeeds. If that payment is refunded, the commission is removed, or deducted from a later payment if it was already paid to you.
Affiliate payments are prepared monthly from the 28th for eligible earnings through the 27th, including qualifying unpaid balances from previous months. The minimum payout is $10, equivalent to ₦10,000 at the affiliate programme's fixed rate of ₦1,000 per $1.
When a payout is confirmed, that amount moves from Available earnings to Pending payment while we process the bank transfer manually. New commissions continue to accumulate normally. Completed payments remain in your payment history.
Earnings are displayed in USD. Payments are made to your Nigerian bank account in naira, and Bumbi pays the transfer fee. Processing can continue into the following month, sometimes up to the 3rd; that is not a guaranteed arrival date.
